1. As a learner I realize that it has been a progressive or cumulative effect on the

information I have learned, understood, practiced, and applied. When I first
started in college I was very quiet, conservative and reserved in the way in
which I process information. But as I have continued in my studies I have
seen the shift from reserved to assertive but keeping an open mind when it
came to learning. So, in the process of time I have changed my learning
strategies based on my development as a student and the different situation
in which I have encountered over the course of my college years.

2. The first thing that I have learned in this class is goal setting, setting goals for
myself complete an assignment and able to finish them on time. Being able to
work on my goal setting more helps me accomplish what I want to get done
so I don't have to do it last minute. I have also just recently started setting
goals for my daily life that I want achieve by a certain time.

3. Students as a professionals have a great responsibility to improve their

profession, in order to perform their daily tasks of learning process. Every
professional should have a deeper understanding. Teachers are lifelong
learners so, they should keep themselves up-to-date on the major
developments affecting their profession.

4. Students expect teachers to be subject matter experts for the topics they
teach. This means teachers should be able to answer any question a student
throws their way. Professional development programs can enable teachers to
expand their knowledge base in different subject areas. The more
professional development a teacher undergoes, the more knowledge and
industry insight he or she gains.

5. My professional development plan is to grow as a successful by obtaining

knowledge through school and daily life and work experiences. In five to 10
years, I will be able care and cater being a flight attendant. Setting short-term
and long-term goals will help guide through the journey to transition into the
role of professional cabin crew and provide new opportunities for the future.
Beliefs and values influence the decisions or choices people make in their
personal and professional lives.

6. As such, I have a short-term and long-term goal to address, so I can focus on

one at a time and continue moving forward. By doing that, I will allow myself
the opportunity to avoid getting overwhelmed by everything that needs to be
done. Becoming overwhelmed can stop a person from accomplishing much
because he/she feels stuck and is not sure which direction to take in order to
try to move forward. I do not want that to happen to me, and I know that I
cannot allow that to occur in any kind of leadership role. Goals can reduce
stress as well as provide motivation.
