Activity: Answer briefly and concisely the 2 questions below about CPD (Continuing Professional
Development)

CHAPTER 6:
1. CASE # 1- The teacher is expected to ensure quality teaching not only with academic factors to
teaching but involving herself to the student's situation by helping them emotionally and physically.

2. CASE # 2- The role that the teacher must have is to cooperate to the officials in finding such accurate
information’s based on their community. By doing so, they will be able to know the root cause and will
have enough knowledge regarding the campaign.

3. CASE # 3- For me, if I am at that situation roles will not be the main thing to consider. Because I am
the teacher and I have the authority to let the students know what is right and wrong. Important thing
to do is to push them away from that situation and make sure that this will not happen again. And from
that, you've already become an effective teacher without following the rules and norms. Because as a
teacher, the most important thing to learn will be the core and values.

Chapter 7:
1. If it will going to relate to the Continuing Professional's Development, it is like more of like this; If a
teacher want to develop, he will continue to take steps for him to grow. But if a teacher just stays with
the position that he has then he will waste all of his knowledge doing nothing.

2. Professionals were meant to be trained to train future professionals.
