The vision of my business is to gain more profit to help me branch out some
flower shops in other places of tourist spot area here in Cordillera. To help people who
have in deep in need of money to support their daily needs and hire them in my
business. To have a strong bonds within the product of my business and my costumer

My business is to serve and sell quality of flower products to the tourist of Mines
Park without any violent reaction of my valued costumers. To earned more money to
enable to branch out my business within the park.to serve the costumers with honesty
and hospitality with fully satisfaction
III.Objectives

I want to earned more money to buy some new flowers in the orchidarium,green
house of Bahong that was not yet been sold in Mines Park.
I want to branch out my flower shop into five specially in other flower shop within
Baguio where the main tourist are the main costumer
To collect and establish a building in other places of the Philippines specifically
where plants can live too long.
The branching of my business will help me create some business about food
industries like coffee shop, lodge and bakeshop to apply my skill I learned from
my specialization.

My name is Karen Mae Camolo 17 years old of age born on January 1 2000 at
the Benguet General Hospital. My fathers name is Carlito Camolo who is a golf
instructor in Baguio Country Club. My mothers name is Ursula Camolo who is now
dead five years ago due to her stage 4 cancer of the brain. My siblings name is Kurt
Camolo a 19 years old who is now working as a laborer and he is in school of welding.
Im living at the lower Mangga Tuding but before we are living at the Baguio Gold. When
I'm kinder I studied at the Baguio Gold elementary since my grade 1 to grade 6 and I
graduated as with honors before, And now I'm currently studying at AMPMNHS we're I
get a junior high completion and still continuing my study due to financial problem. Im
good in public speaking, fast writing and cooking hot cakes. Im also good in playing
chess game and volleyball before but now because of lack of practice I never play
already this games I played before. My hobby is Im fun of eating, watching horror
movies, funny movies, anime, Korean movies and texting of course one of my
relaxation. My motto is Rise and Rise until Lambs become Lions it means no matter
what happen never give up stood up finish until you reach the finish line. Im studying

now due to lack of financial problem but is not the reason not to continue. Im studying

Sunday to enable to buy some school needs. My life situation is I come from poor family
but it becomes more problem when mother was died my father married another woman

education because of financial problem and I want to change this kind of life by finishing
my studies to make the middle name of my mother in famed.

The source of materials will be bought in the Burnham orchidarium speacially the
jarlets,plastic pots, flower pots even money tree and moneymaker will be bought over
there because of the less expense. They can also give me a discount when I will buy
whole sale. Ribbons will be bought on the Baguio market flowershop because I have a
suki over there and they can give me discount even if a bought a long yards of
ribbon.the plastic bags will be bought at the Rommel marketing because it is near to the
mines view parking area.

Product description

My business is all about a flowershop in order the people will buy my products I
will make something unique like making of hanging pots with a holes at the bottom with
the design of flower. The money tree and money maker are designed by putting up blue
ribbons,pebbles,moss on it to be unique from the others wgo sell also this kind of
flowers. The mujacko flower will be put in a decorative small flower base.If they will
have a wholesale in my flowershop I will put them in a cartoon so that it will not be
destroyed.Orchids will be decorated its every trunk by putting ribbons and red small ball.
