Star’s Amazing School Stuff is a registered Business engaged in service’s
owned by Star Maxine Pasculado. This business is sole proprietorship. This
business is all about educational needs , everything that you need in school can be
found in my business . This business of mine can help a lot of students , because I
can offer them stuff that they need in school for example , notebook, ballpen, bond
paper, art supplies, stationery and more. My purpose of establishing this kind of
business is for the students not to bother or hustle their parents anymore just
because they need school supplies.

I want to establish this kind of business because I want to help students not
to struggle anymore when they need to buy things for their educational needs . The
main beneficiaries of my business would be students, parents and teachers.
Students use school stuff everyday for their educational needs, while parents are
responsible for purchasing there needs and teachers also rely on them for effective
teaching. To convince the costumer of buying my products I’ll be providing high
quality products, offering wide variety options and ofcourse make my products
affordable so that the students can afford it . The techniques applied to my
business is to serve costumer effectively by clear communications , quick and
helpful response, high quality products or services and continuous improvement .
This techniques aim to enhance the costumer’s experience, build trust and have
costumer’s needs. By applying these techniques, business can have costumer
satisfaction and loyalty.

My estimated percentage that I can serve is about 50% of the population

because a lot of students are attending school in BNVHS. According to Abraham
Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, is that school stuff is essential needs of students.
When entertaining customer complaints , it is important to approach them with
care and attentiveness. Actively listening to the customer’s concerns , offering a
sincere apology , and taking responsibilities. Seeking clarifications and proposing
suitable solution and demonstrate your commitment to resolving the issue. Taking
actions and following up with the customer, ensures their satisfaction and helps to
rebuild trust. By handling complaints in good manner , you can turn a negative
experience into positive one and strengthen your relationship with customers.

My planned capital in my business is 450,000 because everything is pricey

nowadays. In my school supply business the important resources include suppliers
for getting good products , technology tools for smooth operations. I can purchase
the product that will be needed in my production by purchasing online , some
examples are shopee , lazada, tiktok shop and more because of that I can save a lot of
money. My target value of production each day can’t be specific because sometimes
business is good and sometimes it’s not that’s why I cam cater 40 people more or less
per day.

I will be the one who is managing this entire business. This business off mine is
all about school supplies the contributions it can give to this community is providing
students with the stuff they need in learning , so it can be easier for them to succeed in
school. I can also support teachers by offering them supplies that they need . I don’t
want business partnership because of some particular reason, but if it is essential I can
always rely on my family. To assure the customer’s that my products is good quality, I
will make sure they are durable and safe and I can offer warranties and guarantees on
certain items.

Therefore, I choose this kind of business to help students, teachers and parents.
By providing necessary tools for learning, supporting teachers and making it easier for
parents. For me as a student, l want to have store near our school that offer school
supplies because if I need to buy something for school , my mother still needs to go to
the market just to buy it, which is very hustle for her .
