Ways to improve training and drills on board

NDB:

Improve overall focus on emergency (fire, explosion, H2S, MOB, etc)

and not become too pre-occupied/over-occupied with muster of
personnel
Attach more specific duties to Bridge personnel during on board drills
and emergencies
OSC to ensure Fire Team leaders understand muster location and fire
attack instructions, and Captain to follow up frequently with OSC, to
better evaluate eventuality of next step of Abandonment or lowering of
emergency status level
Camp boss to ensure a thorough sweeping of entire accommodation
area is being done by cabin stewards to insure no one is left behind
prior to mustering at boats
Matco to remain at T-Card stations to ensure cards are flipped properly,
and more quickly ascertain the identity and number of persons not
present at muster station and communicate same to Bridge
Nominate designated Runners to find missing crew by checking
cabins, designated work spaces, etc.
STS to improve On board orientation to more clearly describe action
upon hearing Rig alarms, muster station, secondary muster station,
improve demonstration on donning life jackets
Incorporate Casualty with stretcher transport into Drills.
Incorporate hiding crew in toilets, gym, mess room, to insure sweeping
accommodation is complete
