1. INTRODUCTION
The first day started working as an industrial trainee. Things do is learn about
the company's policies, organizational structure, and the workday and lotus
system. In addition there is a meeting with the CEO and the industrial team.
2. SAFETY INDUCTION
This is done is the introduction of the Safety, Health, and Environment. SHE
covers work permit, MSDS, Personal Protective Equipment, Fire Extinguisher,
First Aid, Evacuation Point, Near Miss Accident, Simulation and Training of
Safety Audit.
3. PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM PRODUCTION UNIT
Things to do is study the PFD of the production unit, consist of a refinery and
fractionation. Refinery unit consists of Filtering, Heating, Degumming,
Bleaching, Filtration, Deodorizing, and Cooling. Fractionation unit consists of
Cooling, Heating, Crystallization, and Filtering.
