It is agreed that Seller retains title and right to reposes until fully paid. Overdue account shall be charged Twenty four (24%) percent
per annum. In case the account is referred to legal for Collection, thirty percent (30%) shall be charged for attorneys fees.

provided herein and return to us a copy in which it shall serve as our contract together with the down payment.
