POSITION TITLE: VISUAL GRAPHICS / LAY-OUT ARTIST

NAME: ARCHIE A. BAJEYO

BASIC FUNCTION:

Directly responsible to design / illustrate HR related visual presentations /


productions via print or video using various computer software programs.

Typical duties and responsibilities.


A. ID Creation
1. Scans ID pictures and signatures from employees ID request submitted by HR-
Business Unit Generalist.

2. Ensures that all IDs are with prescribe ID numbers according to the assigned Business
Units ID monitoring.

3. Ensures proper and regular update of the ID monitoring system to avoid double ID
number or double name entries.

4. Encodes employee information to fixed ID lay-out according to the employees branch.

5. Prints ID lay-out on ordinary paper and have it double check by the assigned HR-
Business Unit Generalist to ensure correct encoded information.

6. Release new IDs to the employees assigned HR-Business Unit Generalist.

B. HR Visual Support
1. Coordinates with Training Creative Support Specialist to aid in producing creative and
interactive visual presentation for trainings and for other LYR Corporate events,
programs and activities.
2. Designs and lay-out training materials such as but not limited to certificates, hand-outs,
and forms.
3. Edits any necessary video presentation for training usage and for other LYR Corporate
events, programs and activities.
4. Designs, creates lay-out and prints recruitment materials such as tarpaulins, brochures,
leaflets, flyers and others.
C. REPORTORIAL AND DOCUMENTATION
1. Submits Weekly Accomplishment Report every 1st hour of Saturday.

D. OTHERS
1. Attends required LYR Corporate events, programs and activities.
2. Performs other tasks as required by direct superior from time to time without
compromising personal duties and responsibilities.

ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Ensuring quality and accurate created IDs.


2. Loss of the files under his custodianship.
3. Loss or improper usage of ID materials and/or printing materials under
his custodianship.
4. Damage of any company property and office equipment assigned to
him for used in relation to work.
5. Strictly follow the 5 S (Sort, Systematize, Sweep, Standardize and Self-
Discipline)
