Best Sales Increase

We implemented many new strategies in order to increase readership and sales in

the Grad guide. One of these implementations being the commencement map.
By working with the schools graduation planning team, they decided to use the Daily
Titan as the source for the commencement map, making it so every visitor and student
at the event needed to pick up the paper in order to find where they needed to go.
This proved to be a huge selling point for clients because we guaranteed that people
would need to be picking up the paper all weekend long, and because of the
demand, we needed to print about 10,000 more copies, guaranteeing a larger
circulation for the client.

Another excellent implementation was our Grad Grams, which were

personalized messages purchased by friends and family of the graduate. These
added a sentimental quality to the Grad Guide, making it more enticing for readers
and clients.
