At the request of the board Julie Hooper acted as secretary.

1. Resignation of director

The company Bath Street Butchers had received a resignation from

Paul Walker as director effective immediately dated 07/01/2017.

2. Appointment of new directors

Following the resignation of director a vacancy existed. Mr Jason
Littleproud and Mrs Julie Hooper is elected as directors of the company
Bath Street Butchers Ltd with immediate effect.

3. Banking resolution

Mr Paul Walker explained to the meeting the companies bank was

HSBC and that it pass a banking resolution in the banks standard form.

Following discussions it was agreed that the signing officers of any

bank account of Bath Street Butchers would be;
