1.

Select one of the following products to download:

For U.S. & Canada (Imperial Units):

Download Vertex BD for wood framed construction

Download Vertex BD for cold-formed steel framed

construction

For Central and South America (Metric Units):

Download Vertex BD for cold-formed steel framed
construction

2. Select Download, then select a location on a local

drive. This may take 15-60 minutes, depending on your
connection speed.

3. Run the installation file that you downloaded in step

1.

4. Select the Extract button.

5. Select the One User button.
6. Please read the license agreement, then click Yes to
accept.

7. Please read the limitations of the trial version, then

click Next.
8. Select the Vxbd220 folder on a local drive as the
destination folder.
9. Select Yes to create a shortcut on your desktop.

10. Click Next on the installation parameters to

continue with the installation.
11. If running 64-bit Windows, select Yes when asked
to use the 64-bit executable.

12. Click Finish when completed.

13. Start up Vertex BD by double clicking on the icon
added to your desktop
