30 minute training session: $20


60 minute training session: $40

Program Packages
Programs are generally set up on a 12 week schedule. Session, program
duration and pricing are adjustable upon request.

Training Program Packages


This 12 week program is designed for each individual. Each session is 30
minutes long. Pricing is shown for two, three and four 30-minute training
sessions per week. Each package gives 2 weeks of free sessions (compared
to purchasing sessions individually for the same duration).

Program Design Packages


This is 12 weeks of program designed for each individual, but does not
include in-gym training instruction. This is good for an athlete who prefers to
train on an independent schedule, or an athlete not close enough for in-gym
training. A program can also include travel workouts. Pricing shows two,
three and four workouts per week.
