    REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

    Enclose Registration Form with required documents at least 3 (three) days prior to the Admission Test.

    Master Program
    The required documents are:
    1 (one) legalized copy of the original Bachelor Degree Certificate (or the equivalent) from state or
    accredited private university.
    Applicants, who have not yet obtained their Bachelor Degree Certificates, must submit
    graduation statements from the university. The copy of legalized Bachelor Degree
    certificates still should be handed to administration officer at least 2 (two) weeks before
    Mid-Term Test of the semester.
    Applicants with Bachelor Degree from overseas university must submit Legitimate Letter of
    Certificate Equivalency (Penyetaraan Ijazah Luar Negeri) from Directorate General of Higher
    Education of the Department of National Education (DIKTI).
    1 (one) legalized copy of Bachelor Academic Transcript.
    1 (one) copy of valid ID.
    2 (two) recent colored photographs of:
    2 x 3 cm
    4 x 6 cm

    ATTENTION!
    a. Admission test applied for Non-Linear Applicant (i.e. non-economy major to MM).
    b. Matriculation is compulsory for Non-Linear student.
