Root Cause

This PTO was supplied to Hyva on 04.12.2014. It had been performed good before it gives problems on
01.12.2015. Some foreign object might have entered into the PTO after the PTO was removed by the vehicle
operator due to some reason. This object stuck inside the PTO, during working, damaged the JC 8016 Bearing.
The damaged bearing parts might have further broken the teeth of Input shaft and Sliding Gear. Some big
metal piece penetrated the Housing and made a hole which led to oil leakage.

Cause is Piston OD reduced by 1 mm & not able to identify the root cause

Any metal chips may have entered into the PTO and damaged the JC8016 bearing and the broken bearing parts
may have further damaged the gears
