1 Year Goal Statements

Academic
In one year, I will have graduated with the highest honor of Summa Cum Laude at Sterling
Heights High School.
This is important because it shows the effort that I put into my high school career.
Right now, to reach this goal, I am attending all the classes with a focused goal of achieving my
academic excellence.
If I dont reach this goal, I will try harder to become more organized during the summer to
prepare for college.

Academic
In one year, I will attend a four-year university with the goal of obtaining a bachelors degree in
neurology.
This is important because it is the start of my career and start of my job in that field.
Right now, to reach this goal, I am planning to attend the University of Michigan with a mindset
for neurology.
If I dont reach this goal, I will go to either Macomb Community College or Wayne State
University to try and obtain a degree in psychology.

Personal
In one year, I will get a part-time job.
This is important because it will give me valuable work experience that will help me further in
the future.
Right now, to reach this goal, I am sending out job applications to various institutions.
If I dont reach this goal, I will help my father around at his job and maybe gain an internship.
