HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT

Introduction:-
In this project we are handling the management of hospital and
patient wise. In this there are four types of handling one is patient,
doctor, diseases, Checkup report .

In manual working it is very typical to handle all details of patient


and diseases report discharge and admit.
Some times it is typical to handle and filter all details of patient it
automatic s/w user can easily maintain all and filter all.

Objective Of The Project:

1. To manage the master record of Patient Details

2. To manage admit and discharge

3. To Manage Disease and Checkup data


Project Category:
R D B M S (Relational Data Base Management System)

Reports:

1. Patient Details (Delivery, Future, Call/Put)

2. Report Details (Delivery, Future, Call/Put)

3. Admit and Detail (doctor Wise, Date Wise, report Wise)

4. Checkup Detail (docter Wise, Date Wise, report Wise)

1. Platform - Win 2000,NT,XP

2. Back End - MS Access 2007

3. Front End - vb dotnet

Hardware Reqirement For Clients:


1. Minimum RAM - 256 mb

2. Processor - Pentium III, Pentium IV e.t.c.

3. LAN Card - 10/100 mbps

4. Free Space - 500 mb

Hardware Reqirement For Server:


1. Minimum RAM - 1G.b. mb

2. Processor - Pentium IV

3. LAN Card - 10/100 mbps

4. Minimum Free Space - 1 G.b.

Any DeskJet / Laser / Dot Matrix

Software Reqirement:
1. Operating System - Win NT/Win XP/ Win 2000

Client/Win 2000 Server

2. Backend - MS Access 2007


Security:
1. Module Wise Login

2. Trying wrong pass will lock the account which can be

unlocked by the administrator.

3. Data Base Backup Facility

Scope:
It is based on distributed environment hence number of clients can

be worked together.
