I will read to understand the relevant activity of technical specification every day before starting of the days work.
I will read the process manual once in a week.
I will ensure square mm of construction supervised and inspected using the Indian standard tools like measurement
tape, trisquare, straight edge, plumb bob, spirit level, leveling, total station & theodolites ( As applicable) to achieve
the quality standard of my company zero error perfection.
I will ensure regular training program that all the technical staff executing works is guru in all aspect of construction
accept of construction management like time, cost, safety and housekeeping & productivity.
I will train each engineer & supervisor to ensure work is done right the first time.
I will ensue the all control the point like material, entry, mixing, placing, curing, setting out is properly supervised
I will ensure site safe & clean
I will ensure optimum utilization of resources.
I will ensure timely completion of internal targets & final the project itself.
I will ensure chairmans golden instructions, are followed in the site without fail.
I will ensure all the skilled subcontractors workers are identified by their names and as per the skills.
