Hello, I am Miguiel and I am a student of the Civil Engineering career, and today I will tell

you about my life project.

At this moment my vision is to culminate my professional life, as a Civil Engineer, Carrying
out activities related to the Planning and Project of regions, zones, cities, regarding their
constructions, their services, their transportation and their water resources, for the
improvement of the quality of life of the population, making use of current available
technology for this purpose.

My main objective is to graduate and specialize in Structural Engineering. My medium-term

goals are to form my own company in order to develop models for each of the
complementary disciplines, whether in hydraulic and sanitary works, in foundation works, in
containment structures and road works, to name a few in common use.

One of the main functions that I will perform on site as a Civil Engineer will be to know all
the specifications of the work project that will be carried out, I will also be responsible for the
project documents to be able to provide the team when necessary and above all maintain
constant communication with the representative of the worksite and the team members, in
this case the master builder, workers, operators and laborers. When starting the work I will
have to check the quality of the materials to be used since this is essential at the time of
construction, then I will verify that the times are met within the work, avoiding any type of
delay since this would be detrimental to the work, as a site resident I have to guarantee
compliance with the safety regulations on the work site as this can cause irreparable damage.
My functions in the technical area would be the following:

➢ Lead the work, explaining the project specifications to the workers.

➢ Ensure that activities within the work are carried out safely.
➢ Check the quality of materials and tools used, making sure they comply with safety
regulations.
➢ Report any failure or accident within the work.

Now I will also have to select the appropriate procedures so that the equipment and
machinery can work in a coordinated way and not generate some type of accident during the
execution of the work. My purpose in construction would be to design an execution system in
which the available resources are used as much as possible.
