Pricing Strategy
The product is all made from raw material which, as it is cost at around 23 bath already. We
utilizes a high quality cheese to enhance the attractiveness of the product. The process in
preparing the pork sauce is taken care by our groups best chef to provide the best flavor
possible by using many different spices and herb which, are quite high in price but, since it is
free we choose to get the most off it. According to all the ingredients used as listed above with a
very special way of preparation so, the price is at 40 baht which, is considered very cheap for
the quality of the raw material that is inside.

Operation complexity
Throughout the course of the business operation there is only one complexity happening. The
toughest time is when we have only one microwave to use, and it took around 1 minutes to
microwave each plate. The amount of customer is fairly high compared to the other business
which, causes the supply to be made at a slower rate. This complexity is the toughest situation
that could be worked out much better with more microwave.

Student Market
During the last Thursday, December 1st, Mahidol University International Demonstration
School hosted the celebration for King Bhumibol Adulyadej. They included a student market
that business elective students could set up a stand selling product. Classes were shortened to
40 minutes that day so students could come visit the market.

Target Market
The target market comprised of the students, teachers, and parents, visiting the market.
Most of the students were not participating on selling product, so they had the time and money
to visit our stand. However, few of the customers were one selling. Eventually, they were our
customers that bought our nachos.
Gaps
Hola Nacho is the only food stand selling nacho with meat,salsa, and cheese. The
product itself was homemade on the same day as selling. This is a guaranteed that Hola Nacho
is the freshest and most delicious food in the market that day. People wanted their food fresh
and good and we perfectly fulfilled their demand.

Marketing Technique
The marketing strategy that we use for our product. We did advertising on the social
media such as instagram and line. Also, we use the promotion strategy. In order to get more of
customer , we set the price at 40 bath per serve, and 70 bath for two serve. This make the
customer concern more about the price because, if they buy two plate they will get discount 10
bath. Therefore our costumer will pair up and buy our product.

Future plans for the company: Our product is nacho with the ground pork on the top with
salsa and cheese. Our part that attract the customer for our product is the cheese that we only
select the good quality cheese and we provided a lot of cheese topping for one dishes which is
what our customer requires. Moreover our product is unique among every shop in wednesday
market. Also we cooked in Mexican style which is not easy to look for in school.So thats could
be strenght of our product.However, the part that didnt work in our business is the insufficient of
the equipment. We struggle in the heating part because we have only one microwave, so it slow
our process to make the cheese melt. And the supplies, nachos, during the sell wasnt enough,
we underestimate the customer, so that we need to go out of school to get the new supplies.
