Rating Comments: Carinne is always there on time and

a positive attitude. When she talks about planning

would work on sharing that excitement and

classroom. She does a great job of interacting with
4.0 toddlers and being patient with them. She works
well with the class and the toddlers.

Comments: Carinne is able to maintain the attention

well and is very encouraging. During set up I would
4.0 focus on finding out whose helper she is so that
she can get the plan from them and get to work
3.4 right away. Many of us walk around asking what
needs to be done, many of us could work on getting
4.0 the plan and rolling with it. Everyone is working on
transitions but she does a good job.
