Terms and Conditions

Safety
Site safety is mandatory, all trip and fall hazards are to be removed or covered before
commencement of any works.

Scaffolding
No allowance has been made for scaffolding. All scaffolding, if required, to be supplied by the
builder/head contractor.

Tender Documents
Our Quote/Tender is conditional and subject to site inspection prior to starting, to confirm that the
tender documents match the actual job being constructed.

Scheduling
It is the clients responsibility to disclose structural specifications related to our work orders, before
executing a purchase order. AGI reserves the right to delay works indefinitely, until the information
is provided to us.

Notice to Attend
Two (2) days notice is required for attendance to site to facilitate the organisation of both material
and labour.

Liquidated Damages
Liquidated Damages are strictly excluded from our work orders.

Fund Retention
AGI does not accept retention of monies, under any circumstances, unless negotiated prior to signing
the contract terms.

Working Hours
Normally between 7.00am and 3.30pm but can be extended with notice.

Payment Terms
Our Quote/Tender is based on commercial credit account of 30 days from end of month from date of
issue. This shall not be contingent on payment to you by a third party in accordance with payment
legislation. If a commercial account is not in place, a deposit of 75% of the contract value is required
before commencement of any works. The remaining balance will be due prior to completion.

Unproductive Call Out

Unproductive call out when work is unable to be performed for any reason will be charged at $150.00
+ GST% per event.

Rubbish Removal
All debris associated with our installation is to be placed in bins provided by the builder.

Validity of Quote/Tender
Our Quote/Tender is valid for three (3) months. If ordered after this time limit expires, we reserve
the right to requote the project.
