Adjust SET POINT until the OUTPUT PRESSURE reached 30psi (or 15psi) with SIGNAL PRESSURE= 0
If the OUTPUT PRESSURE below 30 psi, adjust the NOZZLE height until you get the desired pressure.
Observe: The OUTPUT PRESSURE should drop to 6psi. (If not, then adjust NOZZLE BLOCK to left or right until it reached 6psi).
2. Check Set Point Adjustment:
Adjust the PROPORTIONAL BAND to 10% and SET POINT to 50% (estimate).
Observe: OUTPUT PRESSURE stabilize at 18psi (or 9psi). If it does not reach 18psi (or 9psi), adjust the nozzle height until you get your
Observe:
Apply BOURDON TUBE NOMINAL PRESSURE with DWT and move set point towards 100%
Observe:
Increase to 75% of BOURDON TUBE NOMINAL PRESSURE with DWT, after that adjust SET POINT to give 30psi (or 15psi) OUTPUT PRESSURE.
Check that valve travel is smooth. (Upper and Lower limit remains according to the marked positions (2 ).
