Greetings of Peace!

Personal hygiene described as the principle of maintaining cleanliness and grooming of

the external body. Failure to keep up a standard of hygiene to our students can have
many implications. Not only there is an increased risk of getting infection or illness, but
there are many social and psychological aspects that can be affected. In line with this, I
would like to conduct a health and wellness lecture to all junior high school students to
emphasize the importance of proper hygiene and understand the areas included in
health maintenance.

Attached herewith is the schedule date of different junior high school level.
