E1.4 - Materials + Finish + relevant standards

E2 Check the design for interference issues
Check the design for components assembly and
E3 disassembly functionality.
Check the design for stress and strain when
E4 considerable force is to be applied.
E5 Conduct thermal analysis, if applicable.
Check that the general tolerance matches the part
E6 design style
Ensure manufacturability and maintainability
E7 considerations are addressed
E8 Any jigs needed to test the part?
E9 Any tests performed to verify the change?

G1 Revision complies with required revision?
G2 Title is correct, same as in PDM / SAP / BOM
G3 Revision table is complete with DCN details
G4 Pack and Bag note exists? Is correct?
G5 Relevant standards are called out correctly?
G6 Interference issues between parts were resolved?
G7 Scale in the block matches the actual views scale?

P2 Dimension balloons exists?
P3 No duplicate dimensions?
