To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Ms. Webb within the English Department and have
witnessed her commitment and the growth of her students throughout her time here at Harding.
During this time, it has become evident that she is the type of teacher that schools love to have in
their classrooms. She is a hardworking and committed individual that takes her professional
career seriously.
To say that she is passionate, would be an understatement. She exemplifies this trait in every
way. She has a deep sense of content knowledge; she is relentless in planning lessons that are
designed to maximize instruction and to meet each student where they are. Ms. Webb is always
looking for feedback and ways to improve and is very effective in implementing the feedback
that she receives.
Ms. Webb is an innovative and reflective thinker in her teaching practices. She is a natural,
visionary leader who always strives to bring change that benefits not only the team she leads, but
also educators throughout the school. Her perseverance and effort even in difficult situations has
allowed her tackle any situation. I have no reservations submitting my letter of recommendation
for Julie Webb.
