Purpose of the term paper

I chose this industry because of its wide variety of products and services offered in the
industry. It will improve the writing skills, understanding and tremendous research about the
industry will give much better and accurate information than any other source. The research
paper is about information found, understood, and explained to others, a way to authentically
extend the course content and purpose. I will be able to apply all the concepts that I have learnt
so far in Managerial Economics and it will give me better insight of it.

Causal Relationship

This paper will discuss the importance of absorptive capacity in improving a firms

innovation performance. Specifically, we examine firm interaction with the knowledge and

capabilities of outside organizations and the effect on the firms bottom line.
