    LOCATION CONCENT FORM

    Date 16th March 2017

    To Whom It May Concern.

    This letter is to ask for permission to use part of your property as a location for
    development of a music video. This video will feature nothing of confidential
    information or controversial topics surrounding your land or ownership of it, It
    is being made as a piece of coursework for college, and it will not be released
    to the public without due notice.

    The desired filming time and location is as follows: The filming will take place
    on Saturday 25th March 2017 at approx. 16:30 continuing on to a maximum of
    21:00, coordinates: 53.781895, -1.373461

    The filming will consist of 2 cameras, 1 drone and some lighting equipment,
    Once filming for that day has concluded, if all goes as planned we will not
    require an extension on filming time, if we do however, I will further seek your
    consent in an appropriate manor.
