located on NH-1, G.T. Road Panipat, just 50 minutes run from
ON Delhi. The institute was granted affiliation by Kurukshetra
University, Kurukshetra in 2007 and affiliation has been
approved by Bar Council of India. We are proud of having
GLOBAL TERRORISM: A CONFLICT OF Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Common Law
FUNDAMENTAL IDEOLOGIES Admission Test 2016 for using CLAT score for admission in
12th 13th November, 2016 Geeta Institute of Law. The method of teaching in GIL includes
lecture discussion, case law analysis, Moot court training,
(Saturday-Sunday) project assignments, Court visits, and legal aid programs. The
Internship and Placement cell of GIL works throughout the
year and provides structured interface in building
relationships and networking with legal professionals from
the industry.

SEMINAR BACKGROUND
In present global scenario sometimes it appears that
humanity is subjected to some fear. Looking at the incidents
taking place around the world, the cause of fear appears to be
terror or better known as terrorism. We have been
witnessing a completely different face of terrorism in
reference to the ongoing situation. Where there has been lot
of concern about protection of human rights, all would be
meaningless without peace in the world. In the current global
situation, word terrorism has become a term for ideological
discussion.

Therefore, GIL endeavours to provide platform to

academicians, thinkers and students from around the globe to
discuss, deliberate and debate and contemplate solutions to
this issue which is pertinent, relevant and imperative in
contemporary society.
