Dear Judge,

I humbly ask that you would allow me to take a special

examination on Special Penal Laws. I was NOT able to take the
Special Penal Law Preliminary Examination last Saturday, March
25, at 2:00pm to 4:00pm. My inexcusable reason was that I
thought the exam would start at 7:00pm. I went to the school
last Saturday at 7:00pm and only then I was able to find out that
the examinations were already over.

The original schedule for the exam was Friday, March 24, 7:00pm
to 9:00pm. I was informed one week before that the exam for
SPL will be moved on Saturday but I was so negligent that I
didnt check what time it will be. I thought it would also be at
7:00pm. Im very sorry for my negligence. I humbly ask you to
give me another chance.
