Solution for install Circuit Breaker at Lorain Rectifier

Problem: it is rarely to get standard Lorain rectifier circuit breaker with different rate at Mobinil
stock or the local market

Solution: Modify the load bus bar of the rectifier to install the available C.B (Schneider) by
installing new copper kit

The copper kit contain

Copper base (1 piece)

Upper copper (3 pieces )

Note:

o The copper kit is excluding C.B

o The C.B rate ( 6A to 63A )

Installation Process
- Dismantle the plastic cover
- Dismantle load C.B to get 3 free screws
- Install the base copper at the free 3 screws
- Install the needed C.B at the copper base
- Install the upper copper at the new C.B and at the isolation bar
- Install the load cable at the upper copper
- Install the plastic cover
