Reflection lesson 3:

It was Wednesday the 1st of March 2017 I had peer observation. I taught
them a lesson about the winter I was so happy because the behavior
management decreases since I used effective strategies to make them
concentrate by ringing the bell. Also, my MST suggested to me to act as their
friend so I started to be a clown so the students can enjoy the class as well
as to get their attention.

This class was effective class and my colleague was happy with it. She said
to me I used various strategies to make the students learn effectively.

I used the same song that I used it in the summer and fall lesson which was
seasons song but in this time I made them act the events that happen in
these seasons so they can match their actions with the information.

To teach them the sequence I asked them to order the seasons in order.

In the exploration part, I integrated the math with the science by making
them count how many winter cloth we have in the class? The students were
enthusiastic to search about the clothes then I did some various action and
make them do the same with making them guessing what activity was.

In the explanation part, the students read with me in the book and I provide
for them examples to clarify some points.

In the extended part, they solved the problem by drawing warming clothes
for the man to keep him warm. This information I linked with the rabbit that
"Allah give the rabbit more white fur to keep it warm as we people we dress
warm clothes to be warm"

The students did craft activity by placing the fur on the rabbit.

I succeed in managing the class by reaching to the evaluation part by using

the pop sticks for each student and ask them random questions.

After the lesson, my friend suggested to me to remind them about the rules
and establish reward system to control the class.
