Intervision: Can see emanating energies from the 9 sources, but can't understand them without
the proper skills to back it up and understand what they see. Its a loud sight-fest, where
everything shows multiple depictions of energy coming off of it whether it be: Divine, Magical,
Mutation, Natural, Psionics, Socials, Skills, Supernatural, Technological. Even simple actions
done by a person give off many little bits of information.

Dismemberment This attack is a bit tricky, hard to pull off, and powerful since it removes limbs. First attacker
makes attack (ACV vs DCV to touch body part), then a Vs Soul check to see if teleport is forced on subject, then
subject makes a roll against the Incapacitating to not lose the limb. Can only target legs/arms or equivalent can
not target head. Exotic treatment of regeneration needed to restore body part.
