Emmalise Rivera is a hard worker who always does her best. She is very bright, and enjoys learning
new things. She is a good role model for her peers, and I always catch her following the Carrillo traits. She is a
very responsible student, and always does her best on all of her schoolwork. She is a fantastic writer, and I
always enjoy reading her essays, because I can see her voice and personality come out through her writing. I
know that she will go on to do great things. It is a privilege to have Emmalise as part of my student-teaching
experience and I am very excited to honor her as student of the month. Congratulations!

Act of Kindness/Theme: Being Kind and Motivated

Nico is one of the most kind and caring students I have ever met. He tries to be a friend to everyone and
help out his peers and teachers whenever he can. He is great at making connections between what were
learning and his own experiences, and is always willing to share his ideas with the rest of the class. He is also
an excellent mathematician and is able to work out problems quickly because of his good number sense. He is
very motivated in class and does his best on all of his schoolwork. I have no doubt that Nico will succeed in
whatever path he chooses to take. Great job!
