Ingredients are as follows:

8 large pusit or squid

Stuffing:

c ground pork

c water chestnut or singkamas, chopped

c ham,chopped

c onion, chopped

c bread crumbs

1 egg, raw

1 tsp. salt

c milk

tsp. pepper

For the sauce:


margarine

6 segments garlic, macerated

c chopped onions

c tomatoes, chopped

1 tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. peppercorns, slightly crushed

1 c water

First thing to do is to combine the ingredients for the pusit or squid. Stuff each squid cavity with the
mixture. Replace the head and fasten with toothpicks. Set aside then prepare the sauce. To make a
sauce, saut the garlic, onion and tomatoes in hot margarine. Add the rest of the ingredients for the
sauce and let it boil. When boiled, add the stuffed squids. Cook until squids are tender but take note
that squids are very quick to cook.

With this meal, you can now have Spanish cuisine without visiting some high-class restaurants. Whats
good about it is that you tried something different, you even saved cash and enjoy it firsthand!
