When I reflected on my teaching practice in this week, it made me
think about what the things that I did them very well and I was .happy about myself Firstly, I provide helping to classroom's assistant I asked her if she needs help to prepare the activities for my class or if she needs help .with a lower group of students I had experience from last teaching practice because I worked with the lower group of learners and I have previous knowledge in dealing with them. For example, lower learners need special activity and they need more time to finish their tasks sometimes they need .a deep explanation to understand the task very well Also, at the opening of each lesson, was a fabulous because I gave my students one minute to discuss our lesson from the subject before starting to teach them the lesson. For instance, I said to the pupils'' move back to your partner and discuss the meaning of fronted adverbials''. I think the teacher needs to listen to what the students have of pervious information and shared them with .classmates and each student must listen Also, I used the soft turtle to throw it on the students and each student must be ready to give the answer. The students gave the .fabulous response they were very excited I believe with that a student-teacher knows if the pupils were .attractive with her or not from their reaction Normally, the teacher should encourage the students because that appearing how the teacher estimated student's effort. "Encouragement help students to be confident in many areas of school such as writing, reading and complete their tasks. Also, the pupil demonstrates how she/ he interested during the lesson'' .(Weiser, 2014) In fact, I prefer to stimulate a pupil through using the motivational words such as, amazing!! Great effort!! Fabulous!!, using stickers and simple gifts like pencils or notebook. These things make the .students appear the best Finally, there is an important point I must improve it for next teaching practice, I think I should be more fixable with a student who interrupts me when I give the instructions or when I explain the task that means I should dealing with any interrupting from the students because I will be a teacher. So, I will read and research to .get an information to improve this point
