Dear Local Business Owner,

We are writing to you on behalf of the Fusion Academy Student Ambassador

Organization to request a donation of a service or an item for our Artist Lounge
Silent Auction. The event will be held on Thursday, April 27 th, 2017. The money
raised at this event helps Fusion Academy in two ways. Part of the proceeds will go
to our efforts to make our prom tickets affordable for all students to attend. Another
portion of the proceeds will go toward a yet to be chosen not-for-profit organization.

We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can offer. In acknowledgement
of your generosity we will recognize your contribution on our event flyer which will
reach the families of all students enrolled in our school, and will be displayed during
the auction itself.
