    Dear Internship Program Coordinator,

    As a high school student I am applying for an internship position at the Office of Intelligence and
    Analysis Internship program. I plan to attend a university or state university, after completing my
    service of 5 years in the U.S. Navy. I will pursue a major in international affairs or in national
    security.

    I would be honored to provide my skills to the Department of Homeland Security in order to


    learn and benefit this industry. I am a persistent and dedicated individual, which I believe will
    allow me to gain experience, learn new skills, and ultimately serve the organization.
