At Comcast, I was a Senior Rep Agent in the collection department. My position required
me to take incoming calls and to also call out to customers about their past due amount on
their bills. I had to manage my time so that I made all my stats for both in bound and out
bound calls. Worked with customers on their bill by negotiating payment arrangements.
Deescalated and assisted with team mates calls from unhappy customers to make sure the
customer had a good experience. Daily huddles with team that worked on team building
skills and customer experience. Had great relationships with customers, had a friendly
polite tone that reflected in customers feedback.
