Reflection 6

 The sixth lesson I taught was reading a story called Zin Zin Zin a

Violin. My outcome was that students would learn about musical

instruments. I achieved my outcome in the lesson I taught.

The students were very excited to listen to the story I am going to

read them, but some students were bored because they had a long day

and they were asking when we are going to go home. While reading the

story, the students were interacting and telling me that they had

instruments and they like this instrument which was good because when

students are talking, they are being engaged with me.

One thing I didnt like was that parents were coming in and out the

classroom to pick their children, that was a big distraction to me and for

the other students because they made noise and everyone would get

distracted. It also wasted some time because some parents would talk

with other children and it made the lesson not go smoothly.

For the next time, I would try to read a story in a time that no one

would interrupt me, and I will let the students work on group activities

during the last period of the day so not all of them would get distracted.
