To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter on behalf of Natalie Ram, my athlete with the Delta Sungod Swim club. I have
been coaching Natalie for the 2017-2018 season and have known her for multiple years prior.

It has been a pleasure coaching Ms.Ram throughout the season and watching her growth as a mature,
young adult. She is strong leader in her group, by example which, provides strong support to our athletes
that look up to the older swimmers of our program. Ms.Ram has a positive attitude, great work ethic, is
committed and I believe all these qualities will lead her to be greatly successful in whichever areas she
pursues in her future endeavors.

It is with great pleasure that I am able to write this letter in support of Ms. Ram. I believe she is a
wonderful person that truly has made a positive impact on our swimming community and I wish her the
