    ACQUISITION OF THE PLAYER GONZALO HIGUAIN

    Turin, 26 July 2016 Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the definitive
    acquisition of the registration rights of the player Gonzalo Gerardo Higuain has been
    finalized. The consideration for the acquisition is 90 million payable in two equal
    instalments in 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 financial years.
    Juventus and the player have signed a 5-year contract of employment.
