    To whom it may concern:

    The weeks following Alecs birth when I first got to meet him I have always
    loved the little kid. I am close friend of his father Ben and have always tried
    to be there for him whenever needed and hes done the same. Alec has come
    over and helped around the house many times for me and I couldnt have
    asked for a harder worker. Alec has always shown a drive to work and the
    will to learn. Now I may be a little favored toward him considering his dad
    has been my best friend since Ive started working with him down at MACI
    but really do think that he is one of the most well rounded kids I know.
