My Father, My Hero

Good morning honourable judges, teachers and friends, today, I am going to present a
speech about my father, who is my Superhero.

Hi Everybody,
Talk about Super Heroes…Superman, Spiderman, Batman…bla bla ..aaa.
there’re tons of them – but for me MY father is a superhero. I choose this topic to thank
my father for his love, for playing a starring role in my life. FATHER– the coolest 6
letter word to happen in my life.

My Father is Different!

As everyone likes to believe that their father is different, so do I. Nonetheless,

this opinion is not merely based on the love I have for him, but also because of his
personality. My father is just an ordinary man and he is quite disciplined in all aspects of
life. He is the one who taught me to always practice discipline no matter what I do.

Most importantly, he has a jovial nature and always makes my mother laugh with
his silly antics even after many years of marriage. I completely adore this silly side of
him when he is with his loved ones. He tries his best to fulfill all our wishes but also
maintains strictness when the need arises.

One of the best things I love about my father is that he is open minded. For
instance, my siblings and I can talk about anything with him without the fear of being
scolded or judged. This has helped us not to lie, which I have often noticed with my
friends.

In addition, my father has an undying love for animals which makes him very
sympathetic towards them. He is very charitable too. He respects the elders and that
makes me want to be like him even more.

My mom says the first word I said is Papa. The happiest moment every day in my
life is when he comes home from work. As he enters, there is so much excitement, he
hugs me, kisses me and carries me on his shoulder. In a day several times he says I
LOVE YOU SON. He is my inspiration, like a lighthouse to ships. He has always been a
good listener, understands me, trusts me and advices me

On weekends, he loves to play with me the whole day. During weekdays he

works hard and spends maximum time working at his office. He tries his best to keep
our family happy. He works hard to make money for our family. He loves me a lot and
always tries to cheer me up whenever I am in a sad mood. He has always taught me
good values and not spoiling me by buying me all the things that I wanted. But at the
same time he has gifted me many things that I always wish to have.

He helps me in my studies too. He sits with me to get my problems solved. It is

because of him that I perform well in my studies. My Dad is the most precious gift that
God has given me. He is a loving father and the most gracious person I have ever seen
in my life. He wants me to become a good human being like him. That is why he always
teaches me to differentiate between wrong & right.

He also teaches me to be powerful, self-reliant and courageous. He always

instilled in me the importance of family bonds and sacrifice. He has taught me many
valuable lessons on positive thinking and makes me apply it. He has made me set my
goals and go for it!

Those who don't believe in Superheroes have never met my father. I am glad
that I have my own, unique, the best, the one and only one Superhero– WHO can make
me smile in any circumstance,WHO supports and helps me in everything I do, WHO is
always there for me, raising me with utmost love and care.

MY FATHER. He has taught me what life is all about. He has shown me the way
to achieve success. I thank God every day for giving me such a loving and caring father.
