My name is Cresan T. Damalan, I'm 24 years old. I like food such as fried chicken and
adobong manok and my dislikes are, I don't like liberal people and also liar people. My
hobbies are watching movies and playing badminton.

2. Who is your inspiration in life

My inspiration in life is my family, I am very thankful that my mother brought me in


this world. Growing up with my mother always showed how things work in life despite that
I have no father. One of the hardest things that I had to accept was that I could not have
everything I wanted. There were times when my mother spoiled me but I was always
taught to be thankful of the day things that I had and to not be selfish, I have two siblings
and now I am married and I have 1 kid. I don't know what I would do without my family.
My family is very inspiring to me because they show me all aspects on how I should live my
life through their experience and work ethic. My mother's past experience also teach me
how to live my life the best way possible. When my siblings and I were little, my mother
were go to the other country to work to give us the life we deserved. She sacrifice herself
far away from us to sustain our needs and to survive everyday live's. My mother was never
complain about working, just as long as she could afford to keep a roof over our head and
food on the table, she was happy. As my siblings and I got older, my mother is still working
abroad until now when I got married, she is still working there to sustain the needs of my
siblings and also she help me sometimes with my needs. My family has taught me the
importance of service, education, and of tenacity in the face of adversity. My mother stern
beliefs of never taking life for granted and to always take the step forward to establish
yourself as a responsible individual created a work ethic that has solidified my character.
When I imagine the hardship, my mother create the future where my siblings and I have
the opportunity the opportunity to pursue. I know that if I am every in a tough situation or I
don't know how to handle a problem, I can always come to my family for advice to help me
figure out what to do. I also know that my siblings will always be there for me if I ever need
someone to talk to. My family always has my back in the toughest of times and I am beyond
grateful for that. This makes me feel as if I never have to handle a tough situation alone. I
am also very thankful that I have good friends that I can confide in and talk about anything.
That is what this life is all about. You sacrifice for those you love. That is what my mother
did. She brought my siblings and I to this land of opportunity and even though they used
their chance on us, their chance to follow their dreams, I will follow mine for them. People
always ask me how I do so well in school, how I have the energy to do all the homework,
study for the test, do extra curricular activities and never give up. Now that I am also a
mother, I understand the hard work of my mother, in order to make ends meet. Through
my experience, I have become a resilient individual. I have gained many experiences that I
have taught me the qualifier of being determined and unafraid. When I reflect on myself
about my journey to a good education, I focus on the sacrifices of my mother.

4. Name Someone that means a lot to you and why?

My family means a lot to me. Without my family I would not be the person that I am
today. They have always been there for me. My family has always done the best they can for
me and have given me everything that I have ever wanted or needed. My mother, siblings,
husband and especially my daughter have always made me smile even when I didn't want
to. They have always supported me through every decision that I have ever made. My
family has always wanted the best for me. I might not get along with everyone in my family,
but I would not trade them for anyone else. My family means the world to me.
Family means having someone to love you unconditionally despite of your
shortcomings. Family is loving and supporting one another even when it's not easy to do so.
It's being the best person you could be so that you may inspire your love ones. Family is a
source of strength. It teaches us what relationship mean. They help us create meaningful
relationship in the outside world. The love we inherit from our families, we pass on our
independent relationships. Moreover, families teach us better communication.

5. What is something you can do to focus more on your health and well-being?
Something that I can do to focus more on my health and well-being are:

* Get moving. Take a yoga class or go for a long walk through your neighborhood. Find a
beach or pool and go swimming, or take a hike.
* Visit a library or bookstore, then take a blanket to the park and read all day.
* Renew a connection. Call someone you enjoy spending time with but haven't seen in a
while and meet for a long lunch.
* Take short road trip. Crank your windows down, turn the music up and drive.
* Unleash your inner artist by taking a painting or pottery class.
* Explore a museum or art exhibit you've been meaning to visit.
* Go window shopping. Wonder through your favorite stores, with no particular purchase
in mind.
* Visit a farmer's market and by the ingredients for your favorite meals. If you'd rather not
cook, visit your favorite restaurant.
* Get your hands dirty in the garden. If you don't have a garden, create a flower box or herb
garden for your story or poem.
* Make entries in a journal, write letters to loved ones, or pena short story or poem.
Stress is part of life, and everyone has difficult days from time to time. However if you're
feeling perpetually exhausted and emotionally drained, make these stressful holiday
months, easier to navigate by taking a well earned mental health day.

6. How do you maintain your physical/mental health? What can you do to improve the
methods of recovery?

To maintain my physical/mental health are:


* Measure and watch my weight
* Limit unhealthy foods and eat healthy meals
* Take multivitamin supplements
* Drink water and stay hydrated, and limit sugared beverages
* Exercise regularly and be physically active
* Reduce sitting and screen time
* Get enough good sleep
* Go easy on alcohol and stay sober

7. What makes you feel at peace?

When I am at peace, I feel calm, safe and relaxed. Even if there is stress, I am protected
from it by the sense of security and safety that brings about stillness. Regardless of the
challenges that I'm facing, I still have an outlook on life that allows you to see opportunity
and abundance around me. Feeling at peace creates stability within my life in areas like
relationships, workbooks, family and friendships. It adds a level of stability to our lives that
so many of us need. Some might think that feeling peaceful means that there is nothing
wrong in your life. There are no problems, there are no struggles to face. But that's almost
impossible! Everyone has some kind of challenge they have to face. When you feel peaceful,
you accept the challenges and face them with a newfound resilience.

8. What is your favorite animal, food and why?

My favorite animal is our dog named buddy, he is kind to our family and he is not an
interfering dog to others. My favorite food is fried chicken and adobong manok because the
friend chicken is crispy and juicy. Adobong manok is already known to the filipinos that it
is delicious and it is true.
9. Write a letter to your younger, present and future self?

Dear younger self,


I know I owe you many wishes and promises you made to yourself along the way. I know
I still have to take you places you have not been before. Thus, I promise I will continue
moving forward but without forgetting about you. Cheers to you.

All these milestone were made possible through the grace of the Almighty God in
providing people that tirelessly worked and dedicated their time, talents, resources and
knowledge for the betterment of the institution from the past to present administration,
faculty and staff. This was not made possible also without the continuous support of the
local government unit of initao and the sangguniang bayan. Indeed, if we work hand in
hand we can make a differences! As we aspire to produce graduates whose values are
anchored in PEARL which stands for Proactive Leadership, Excellent Service to the
Community, Alive Entrepreneurial Spirit, Responsible Stewardship of Resources and Life-
long education; we help solidify the spirit of nationalism in the country.
2. The Purpose of life
Purpose of life consists of the central motivating aims of your life, the reasons you get
up in the morning. Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a
sense of direction, and create meaning. For some people, purpose is connected to vocation-
meaning, satisfying work.
3. The Self and its Development
The self and its development is simply the process of learning new things and building
new skills. Skills that help us increase our chances of success, achieving goals, and
manifesting our dreams. When we work on self-development, we got good at the social,
emotional, and practical skills that we need so that we can accomplish what we set out to
do. So it's easier, and we have more success.
4. Emotion
Emotions are mental states brought on by neurophysiological changes, variously
associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioral responses, and a degree of a pleasure or
displeasure. There is currently no scientific consensus of a definition. Emotion is a feeling
such as happiness, love, fear, anger, or hatred, which can be caused by the situation that
you are in or the people you are with.
5. The Overview of Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence(otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to
understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress,
communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and depuse conflicts.
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to identify and regulate one's emotions and understand
the emotions of others. A high EQ helps you to build relationships, reduce team stress,
defuse conflicts and improve job satisfaction.
6. Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is the experience of one's own personality or individuality. It is not to
be confused with consciousness in the sense of qualia. While consciousness is being aware
of one's environment and body and lifestyle, self-awareness is the recognition of that
awareness. Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how you actions, thoughts,
or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards.
7. Self-Control
The ability to control one-self, in particular one's emotions and desires or the
expressions of them in one's behavior, especially in difficult situations. Self-control is an
aspect of inhibitory control, is the ability to regulate one's emotions, thoughts, and
behavior in the face of temptations and impulses. As an executive function, it is a cognitive
process that is necessary for regulating one's behavior in order to achieve specific goals.
8. Stress Management
Stress Management is a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at
controlling a person's level of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of
and for the motive of improving everyday functioning. Effective stress management helps
you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more
productive. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships,
relaxation, and fun and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges heads
on.

9. Motivation
Motivation is derived from the the word "motive" which denotes a person's needs,
desires, wants, or urges. It is the process of motivating individuals to take actions in order
to achieve a goal. The psychological elements fueling people's behavior in the context of job
goals might include a desire for money. The reason or reasons one has for acting or
behaving in a particular way. The general desire or willingness of someone to do
something.
10. Individual Differences
Individual Differences refers to the extent and type of distinctions among individuals
on some of the significant psychological traits, personal characteristics, cognitive and
emotional component. It is about differences between male and female learners that affect
their achievement, interaction, motivation, and attitudes in the teaching ang learning
process. It also includes how educators treat learners differently during instruction due to
their genders.
11. Social Awareness
Social consciousness or social awareness is consciousness shared by individuals
within a society. Social consciousness is linked to the collective self-awareness and
experience of collectively shared social identity. Social awareness is the ability to take the
perspective of and empathize with others, including those from diverse backgrounds and
cultures. The ability to understand social and ethical norms for behavior and to recognize
family, school, and community resources and supports.
12. Social Skills
Social Skills is any competence facilitating interaction and communication with others
where social rules and relations are created, communicated, and changed in verbal and
non-verbal ways. The process of learning these skills is called socialization. Lack of skills
can cause social awkwardness. Social skills are the skills we use everyday to interact and
communicate with others. They include verbal and non-verbal communication, such as
speech, gestures, facial expressions and body language.
13. Developing Others with the Self
Developing others with the self is a behavior that focus on demonstrating commitment
to ongoing professional development: both your own and that of the people around you.
We can't show off our abilities if we don't understand what it is we are being assessed on.
Fundamentally "developing others with the self" is looking at whether you are content with
the status quo or if you are always looking for ways to improve, both yourself via on the job
learning and your team and wider organization.
14. Teamwork and Collaboration
Both teamwork and collaboration involve a group of people working together to
complete a shared goal. The key difference between the collaboration and teamwork is that
whilst teamwork combines the individual efforts of all team members to achieve a goal,
people working collaboratively complete a project collectively. Collaboration improves the
way your team works together and problem solves. This leads to more innovation, efficient
processes, increased success, and improved communication. Through listening to and
learning from team members, you can help each other reach your goals.

4. INTRODUCTION
FOCUS: "My Unique Self"

Everyone in this world is unique in their own ways. One's personality is something
that does not charge which makes me unique and special. As for me, I am responsible
person. However, I am self-centered person as well as who may have made enemies with a
lot of people. I am a pretty responsible person and I do what I am supposed to do. As now, I
am a student in school, therefore I do my homework every single day and study for what I
have learned at home. I also pay attention in class most of the time as well. Besides, I
organize my work as well. At home, I am a mother to my child and a wife to my husband, so
that I do housework, such as doing laundries and washing dishes. I clean the house
everyday, I cook food for them and take good care of them because that is my responsibility
as being a mother to my child and a wife to my husband. Also, I help my friends and
classmates when they need help. I give 9ut advice and suggestions to them when they need
support and help as well. Generally, I can say that I am a responsible person who does my
duties.

REFLECTION:
Submitting the project on time is a relief because you don’t have to think about anything
else. You don’t have to hurry up passing the project because your almost late to pass.

With my family, we go to the cemetery at Kibulak, GK heights, Laguindingan to visit the


grave of my grandmother and grandfather and then we lit a candle for a sign of our love for
them.

REFLECTION:
The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not ‘get over’ the loss of a loved one; you
will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you
have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same.

I have a quiz online, the FP1 Subject and I answer it all but I don’t know if I pass because I
don’t know my score yet. After my quiz, the last part of the page is saying that ‘you’re
response has been recorded’ so that I don’t know my score yet.

REFLECTION:
My reflection about the quiz is I think that the question is quite easy but although it is easy,
I still could not answer the question very well. The first part of the quiz is all covered from
the lecture note while the second part of the question is all from the reading material. But I
think that I could not answer it well. This is not because of I did not well prepared or I did
not attend the lecture. It is just I could not remember the answer for the questions. I think
the answer that I give is not good enough but I tried to answer the question so that I will
get mark for my quiz.

December 1, 2022

I have another quiz in subject FP1, I hope that I have a good score because I answered
enough and I study the topics before I open the link to answer the quiz. I have an online
class at 4:00pm with my instructor, EDUC-2 Teaching Profession subject and I hope that I
will learn a lot.

REFLECTION:
Studying hard is very important in every students life. When we study hard, we can finish
our studies in less time. We can do well in our studies. Studying hard not only helps us to

We have a class this morning at 10am with our instructor, EDUC-2 Teaching Profession
subject. I hope that l learned a lot today during his discussion. Because Teaching Profession
is very important to us. Especially in our course, Bachelor of Elementary Education. We
should know how to manage and to know the better strategies that the learners will not be
bored during the discussion so that they will have energy to study hard.

Studying hard teaches us to be more dedicated, determined and focused towards our work.

Today, our group representative in panitikan subject is assign us who will be the reporter
and who will be the news anchor. Our report is all about ako ang daigdig ni Alejandro G.
Abadilla. Our report has two sets, first is online reporting with our instructor and second is
news video presentation.

in learning and the answer is learning to do, learning to be, learning to live together and
learning to know. Each of the 4 pillars has its meaning and what is all about. The 4 pillars
are one of the strategies that will help us to be successful someday.

Assessment is the systematic basis for making inferences about the learning and

I have an online quiz in FP1, the topic about teamwork and collaboration. Teamwork is the
team that work together and collaboration is the action or process of working with
someone else to achieve or attain or produce something.

REFLECTION:
I believe that the presence of teamwork increases the possibilities and efficiency in
work. It also provides better performance which leads to higher outcomes also the weak
performance of one member will be compensated by others performances.

Conclusion:

To conclude, I am happy about being who I am. It is true that I am not perfect just
like anybody else. However, I am a student of my mistakes. I will do everything to make my
family proud of myself, that is why I am going towards achieving my goals with
perseverance and smile on my face.
