Dear Mark Mcmorris,

Hi, my name is Anchie and I am currently a grade 9 student at Aurora High

school. I am in charge of planning an event for the students of AHS on the
last day of school before the March Break. For this event I was given the
opportunity to invite a singer/band or athlete to come to our school. I want to
take this opportunity to invite you to come to my school to talk to the
students.

I think it would be great for you to come because you can tell the students
your story and how you found something that you loved doing. You coming to
talk at my school could inspire people to find something that they aspire to
do in life. Also since you are an ambassador for Canadian Tire Jumpstart, I
was thinking about having a fundraiser for the Jumpstart Foundation that all
the students participate in. I was also thinking about having a prize for the
person that raised the most money. For Example; a snowboard signed by
you. On the day of this event (the day you come) you would talk to the
students and then there could food and music and fun activities.

I really hope you consider this offer. This would be a great way to inspire the
students and raise money for a good cause. It will also be a positive way to
promote Jumpstart. This would mean so much for me because you really
inspire me and I would love for my peers to be inspired too. Thank you so
