BERRY walks up to JEFF and puts down his tray on the table. Sits down across
from JEFF.
BERRY
So why arent you eating

JEFF
Its meatball monday

BERRY

JEFF
Not when youre vegetarian

BERRY

BERRY points to STEVEN who is talking to some other students in the cafeteria
interested in buying. JEFF then goes over to STEVEN.

BERRY
That is Steven over there. Hes got what you need. Just buy from him but just
watch out for Principal Harper

(extras stop eating and look up when stevens name is mentioned)

JEFF
Wait whats the deal with Steven?

BERRY
Uhhh nothing but maybe we shouldnt say that name too loud

(student 1 walks over to steven)

STEVEN

JEFF

STEVEN

BERRY

JEFF

JEFF

hot with lime, Flamin hot Cheese puffs, Flamin hot cheese puffs with-
(about to list more but interrupted)

JEFF
Im good with the usual Flamin hot.

STEVEN
Coming right up thatll be two sixteen. And dont get caught by Principal
Harper with these chips.

JEFF

JEFF walks back towards BERRY

JEFF
Hey whys he acting so weird.

BERRY takes JEFF to a dark corner in the Cafeteria. STEVEN eyes JEFF.

JEFF begins to walk off then stops when he gets a thought. He turns back
around.

Just out of curiosity, do you have some candy? Ive been craving some
chocolates.

STEVEN
Nah man,you gotta go to the Candy Man for that. His name is Luke.

JEFF pauses.

STEVEN
He's in the opposite corner Ill be over there I mean hell be over there right
now.

STEVEN points to the corner.

JEFF speaks in hesitant tone.

As JEFF begins to walk to the DEALER 3, he runs into the Principle

A nervous look sweeps JEFFs face. JEFF speaks with a shaky voice.

Oh, hello Principal Harper.

PRINCIPAL HARPER looks down at the soda and puts her hand out. JEFF
understands and hands over the soda. She gives JEFF a water bottle from her bag
in return.

JEFF Stops walking. Principal Harper walks toward steven and talks in a shady
voice.
