Dear Engr. Fabros:

This pertains to the rehabilitation of Communal Irrigation System in Barangay Cumabao,

Tumauini, Isabela that was implemented under the Balikatan Sagip Patubig Program
(BSPP) of the National Irrigation Administration of which part of the irrigation canal was
washed out. It should be the responsibility of the project contractor to repair the damaged
portion of the irrigation canal before it will be finally accepted and turned over to the
Irrigators Association.
