A Healthier Meal
When looking at the given data above I would pick the McDonald's hamburger meal as the healthier
option. The McDonald's hamburger meal has less calories, total fat and less sodium than all the other meals.
If you are trying to loose weight but would like a cheat day, McDonalds meal would be the best option.
Although, these meals are from fast food restaurants, some of the meals have just as many calories, fats,
cholesterol, sodium, carbs, fiber and protein of a meal that you would cook at home.
