A Healthier Meal
According to the U.S DRV the healthiest meal for me is the Burger King meal, this meal was below or close to
below the standard in the categories. In order for me to follow this standard and stay close to the amount
recommended I would eat the Burger King. The one that is the least nutritious would have to be the Back Yard
Burger meal and the McDonald's this is because these meals are over or close to being over the recommended
amount. With these amounts above it is clear to me that I need to stay away from these two places when choosing
a place to get fast food from.
