I have master degree in sociology and have acquired more than 15 years experience in
development and emergency programs including program development and
implementation, program management, program quality & compliance, program financial
management, representation & collaboration, partnership management and information
management.

Currently, I am working with Plan International, one of the largest international child
centred organisation in the capacity of National Program/Project Manager based in
Islamabad. In my current role I am managing one of the innovative projects, namely
Strengthening CRVS (Civil Registration and Vital Statistics) in Pakistan through Appropriate
use of Digital Technologies.

I have been working in different parts of the country including KPK, Sindh, Punjab,
Balochistan, AJK and GB regions as well and have managed wide range of the
programs/projects.

I have been working with different agencies like The World Bank as Grievance Redressal
Coordinator-Sindh in the Citizens Damage Compensation Program (CDCP-II) which is being
implemented in the 14-districts of Sindh Province in the upper and lower parts, INGOs like
Oxfam GB, Plan International, WWF and RSPs like Human Development Foundation, SPO
and, United Nations as leading community restoration cluster with UNICEF for Sindh
province and worked as Provincial Cluster Coordinator (Child Protection) with UNICEF
Pakistan.
